Giant Noble Spinach
An heirloom variety introduced in 1926, Giant Noble spinach can grow up to 25 inches tall and has an extended harvest window over other varieties.
Giant Noble has a sweeter taste than other spinach varieties and is extremely robust. Perfect for baby spinach, freezing or drying. Excellent source of fiber, protein, vitamins A, C, and E, iron, calcium, niacin, zinc, and folic acid.
Plant with vining beans, peas, or cucumbers, which protect them from the summer heat. Strawberries and roots like onions, radishes, carrots, and beets are friendly companions to leafy greens. Mix lots of flowers and herbs in the bed to ward off insects and attract beneficial ones. Most herbs work well with and compliment leafy greens.
Starter will be in a 4" reusable nursery pot.

We will keep your plants thriving until right before it's time for you to plant them in your garden. Orders will be ready to pick up at our farm in Greenwood Springs, Mississippi, March-May.
Orders over $200 can be scheduled for free, front-door delivery to Monroe County, MS. customers. We'll also have a few delivery drops in North Columbus and Tupelo and are happy to meet customers with any order size at our drop locations.
